- For this week's challenge, the girls split up into teams of three and had to create a PSA for Keep A Child Alive. Heather, Jenah and Ambreal's team won. Jenah and Ambreal received gift baskets from Carol's Daughter valued at $500 each, but since Heather's name was pulled in a drawing she got to do a photo shoot for Carol's Daughter, art directed by Mary J. Blige.

- This week Ebony and Ambreal were in the bottom two. Ebony was selected to stay but shocked everyone when she said she wanted to leave. Although disgusted with her being a quitter, Tyra allowed Ebony to go and Ambreal got to stay in her place.
