Take a look at the outfits the models are wearing in the rotating runway challenge. They're totally different from what they have on when the winner is announced.
In this weeks photoshoot the girls posed as fashion victims being chased by the fashion police witch (portrayed by Miss Jay).
Kim and Sarah are in the bottom two this week. Sarah is eliminated because of her bad photos and runway walk. The judges also feel that she is lacking self-confidence.
It's strange that Cassandra had to leave for refusing to cut an extra inch off her hair. Other models have taken a stand (Robyn and Shannon from cycle 1 and Anna from cycle 2 all refused to pose nude) and had it affect them at panel, but none were forced to leave immediately like Cassandra.
Cassandra opted to leave the show rather than cut an additional inch from her hair. She is the first contestant in Top Model history to voluntarily leave the show.
The episode is named for Kim, who made a disclaimer before doing her walk for the panel's challenge.
Cassandra: It wasn't just cutting and inch and a half of hair for me. It was the last straw in them completely trying to change who I was.
Bree: (out of breath) My weave is sweatin', I gotta go!
(on the phone with her boyfriend talking about Kim) Sarah: We were flirty, but that's about it. The only thing is though is that she's gay. So, it's like, weird. Brandon: Oh, I'll just say goodbye now.
Kim (to Miss Jay and panel): I just want to say before I walk that I know I didn't make you proud the other day, but I want to show you that I'm going to keep improving, I'm going to keep practicing, and it's gonna get better.
J.Alexander: Jayla you are soooo.... out of touch.
Jay Manuel: So you're not ready to cut your hair yet? Cassandra: No. Jay Manuel: You know what I don't really have time for this now, you just gotta leave my set.
Jay (to Sarah): Pretend like you're Cassandra with a new haircut. You're running from the scissors!

Nik was voted the covergirl of the week when this episode originally aired.
Sarah: Like Princess Leia? Sarah is of course referring to the character Carrie Fischer plays in the Star Wars series of movies.
Twiggy: It looked like you were going crooked and one leg moved very strange. Miss Jay: Like My Left Foot. Miss Jay compares Sarah's crooked walk to the lead character of 1989's My Left Foot, who has cerebral palsy and learns to paint and write with his only controllable limb - his left foot.
Sue Wong: You look like the Purple People Eater. Miss Jay's look as the Fashion Witch is compared to the 1958 parody song Purple People Eater.
Bree: I'm Dorothy Dandridge and no one can tell me differently. Dorothy Dandridge was a glamorous African-American actress who broke barriers in 1955 by becoming the first black woman to be nominated for a best leading actress Oscar in Carmen Jones.
