I. Preparing for the Challenge

The girls dress up in sweats and sneakers and arrive at the gym expecting a workout. What they get is similar to a workout: runway training with J. Alexander! As a special guest, J. Alexander presents last season's winner, Yoanna House. One by one the girls walk down the runway. Norelle has a lot of problems walking in high heels because she says she's never really worn heels before. After walking with high heels, J. has the girls walk with tall headdresses. When the lesson is over, J. gives the girls a surprise: they're going out to party!
II. The Challenge

Well, as it turns out the girls are going to do much more than party. They will be attending a Heatherette fashion show. And not just as guests, but the models themselves! Norelle is extremely excited because she adores Heatherette. J. Alexander also tells them that when they walk they need to make it good because this is also a competition. The girls hit the runway one by one, and everyone is doing ok until Norelle slips on the runway. The next day, Amanda goes insane believing that Eva stole several items from her. She leaves a $10 bill on a table to see if someone will take it. Later, J. Alexander arrives to tell the girls who won the challenge. He breaks the good news to an excited Eva who wins a day of beauty on a yacht. Before Eva and her guests Ann and Kelle are going to leave, Eva hears Jennipher insult her and this leads to a confrontation.
III. The Photo Shoot

It's the next day and time for another photo shoot. Jay Manuel surprises the girls by telling them what they will be dressed in: Lee Jeans. That's it. Not only that, but the ad will be featured in People magazine. The girls lay on a lit platform, all of them have long extensions to help cover up their chest. Kristi is nervous because of the nudity, but Norelle is having a blast, proudly showing off her assets to a grinning Jay Manuel.
IV. The Evaluations

The 4th cut has arrived, and the girls line up in front of the judges, including guest judges for the week Heatherette. For their test, Tyra tells them they must walk in a pair of shoes 2 too small and in an ugly pink dress. Kelle is in visible pain as she walks as she winces with every step. The judges are horrified at her photo and as Kelle grimaces at each of their remarks, Janice simply tells her to "Shut up and take it." Norelle does probably even more horrible in her heels as she stumbles and totters towards the judges and back. Fortunately, the judges are impressed with her Lee Jeans photo. When it's Jennipher's turn to walk, she turns around and lifts up her skirt to reveal "ANTM" written across her butt. The judges are mortified and the usually tactless Janice is disgusted with the prank.
V. Deliberation and Elimination

When the girls are sent out of the room, the judge's begin their deliberation. Nigel finds that Amanda's blindness is a big concern and doesn't think anyone would hire her. Everyone agrees that Jennipher's prank wasn't tasteful and her less-than-average photo didn't exactly help either. The girls are brought back in, and as their names are called one by one, only Kristi and Jennipher are left without their photographs. Tyra begins to criticize the two girls, and Jennipher begins to cry when she thinks Kristi might be staying. She is surprised when Tyra hands the final photograph to her. Kristi attempts to be a good sport saying it doesn't discourage her, but it does make her think.
