Art Director/Makeup Artist
The episode title refers to Kahlen and Naima, who do their final show on a runway that's under water.
Keenyah is eliminated first. Kahlen is first runner up and Naima is America's Next Top Model.
Tyra: The judges debated a lot tonight. One of you has more potential than the other one. One of you stronger, one of you a finalist, Kahlen.
Kahlen: Going into the shoots, I'm very nervous and I'm not confident on how it might turn out. I don't want my reason to go being my confidence.
Naima: I've noticed a slight attitude change in Keenyah. I think that she's getting a little bit more arrogant.
Kahlen: I'm not a memorizer. I never have been one.
Jay Manuel: Keenyah gave me the right smile but it just got stuck there.
Naima: Most of photo shoots that we did before were kinda fierce, for Cover Girl is just smile and be happy, that's a lot harder.
Naima: I'm really nervous but I never gave up.
Kahlen: I did so horrible with the CoverGirl commercial. The beauty shot is giving me a chance to redeem myself.
Kahlen: I do kinda transform when I get in front of the camera 'cos it gives me a chance to show my girly side.
Keenyah: I feel my competition right now is probably Naima because the judges see something special in her that I really don't see.
Kahlen: The photographs don't even matter that much anymore. It's more about performance. My performance wasn't outstanding at all. I think for tomorrow's elimination I'm the one going home.
Tyra (About Kahlen): She can stomps the runway, she can take a gorgeous picture but she scares the hell out of me for being a spokes-model.
Janice: Keenyah needs to lose weight. Keenyah needs to lose weight. Keenyah needs to lose weight.
Tyra: Kahlen, Keenyah has everything that you need. She has sparkle, she has spunk when she walks into a room she demands attention cos she has high self esteem and that makes an amazing spokes-model.
Tyra: Keenyah, I want you to look at Kahlen. What she has you need. She can pose her ass off in a photo, she can evoke any emotion that is demanded that's a presence on the runway that's so similar to top models' work on the runway today.

During an interview with Naima on The E! True Hollywood Story, she says that the models were never in danger of slipping on the water runway. They had clear plastic shoes that were tied to their feet and the runway was covered with rubber to insure they wouldn't slip.
During the first four cycles of ANTM where Janice Dickinson served as a judge, none of the girls she's voted for has ever won.
Tyra mentions that they've had two past contestants who were dancers and it's hard to break them of looking more like a dancer than a model. She's referring to Giselle from Cycle 1 and YaYa from Cycle 3.
