    America's Next Top Model is a great show because it is so ridiculous and silly that I can watch and totally turn my brain off and still be entertained. This season is gearing up to be no exception to that. The girls are as pompous and self-centered as usual which of course makes great TV. I also am totally obsessed with Miss J and his ruffles and Jay Alexander as well. I am excited to see who will turn out to be the top of the top this year because I think its still a wash at this point in time. I don't have a favorite yet.moreless

    It looks like they have a good group of girls for this year. They seem to have interesting personalities and stories, without being too over the top wild. The auditions were interesting, although some of them can be too wierd. I didn't love the cruise concept. I felt like it wasn't necassary and their wasn't much of a point to it. This wasn't really a big deal though. It was kind of neat how they kept things water themed by walking the runway with life preservers and by doing a shot in the water. The episode went by fast, and it was hard to tell who was who, but it looks like they are setting up for a really good season.moreless

    Well, it's new and exciting. For the ninth time, it's new and exciting. We all know what to expect when it comes to the choosing of the final 13, but this felt like a really rushed episode. What is squeezed into this one episode feels like it should have filled two - or maybe have been slightly less high paced.

    A dizzying episode, in every respect. No time to stop and think, really, to decide on favourites for example, and no time to stop and think about why the hell they're on a cruise ship (which to me looked like it was docked the whole time...). Tyra explained the cruise ship with that models "have to" spend a lot of time in the carribean once they're working... I don't see the logic. Apart from putting Ms J into a sailor outfit, and Tyra in drag - I really don't see the point.

    I would have liked to see either a two-hour special for the premiere of the new season, or a smaller selection of girls to start with - so as to give us more chance to reflect about what we're watching. I will, of course, follow this season as I've followed the eight before it - but it's going to have to be better than this to keep me interested all the way to the end.moreless

    Wow! A new season! I am really hoping for a sweet girl to win this season. A girl who doesn't get into all the drama of the show. I love how hilarious the auditioners are sometimes. I can't imagine what it would be like to be on the show. It is such an amazing oppurtunity and even though so many people didn't make it, at least they were able to get on the show. My favorite right now is Victoria, she reminds me of people you would just kind of find walking aroung school. I can't wait until the next episode!moreless
