The final four must film a commercial for The Jamaican Tourist Board on horseback. One of the girls gets spooked by her horse and has a meltdown. Later, the girls head back to the water to shoot an ad for the fragrance of America's Next Top Model, Dreams Come True. All of the contestants start to feel the pressure of the competition and tears flow all around.
