Andrew starts his journey in Johannesburg and he and his guide Rainer Derberkind eat at the Carnivore Restaurant. The eatery is famous for wild game taken from the on site wild life reserve. Andrew shoots his own prey and it is butchered and set in reserve for 2 weeks. Next Andrew goes to the restaurant and with Co-owner Allan Dixon he tours the restaurant and samples many wild beast from it's menu. Next Andrew heads to Jeffies Hostel the cities most dangerous township. Here Andrew is witness to an Oswanka a Zulu all male fashion show. Part of the show is Engoma dancing traditional Zula dance which is also used in dancing competitions. We meet the Swankas which are the participants in the fashion show comically Andrew is too big for his suit which he'll be modeling. The next day Andrew heads to a Shinciyama which is translated a burning meat restaurant. The food is cooked and put on community cutting boards where everyone shares the meal. Andrew is introduced to a medicinal dirt cake and at the Faraday market he meets the Sangomas. Samson Mvubu using shells and bones to heal with knowledge from the spirit world. Next Andrew heads to Soweto and the Orlando Towers which are old nuclear cooling towers now used for bungee jumping. With guide Sibusiso Mubatha Andrew is lead to the top of the tower but Andrew is unable to conquer his fear and refuses to jump. After wards back in town the duo meet a local rock/Christian fusion band singer. Next Andrew tries Chaka Laka a vegetable and beef dish. Next Andrew heads to Cape Town and he meets the Gumboot dancers who are famous for dancing in mining boots. The next day Andrew heads to Boulders Beach to care for the Penguin population housed there. He meets Vanessa Strauss who is the CEO of Sancoob a coastal bird restoration organization. Andrew takes place in a Penguin cleaning to wash off oil from an oil spill. In the final leg of Andrews journey he attempts to go ab sailing which is rappelling off of Cape Towns famous Table Mountain.
