Andromeda

D Minus Zero is an action packed episode not unlike the pilot which concentrates of course on the different members of Dylans "new" crew, which have to find a way to interact with Dylan as the captain of the Andromeda. Being attacked by an unknown and obviously superior ship Dylan tries to save the Andromeda more than one time while having to keep an eye on Beka, who feels herself equally responsible for "her" crew so that she disagrees with Dylan concerning the unknown attacker. It´s quite interesting to see Dylan struggle against the unwillingness of Beka to follow his commands, and Beka´s stubbornness to lay her trust in Dylan that he would never risk a life on board his ship. A nice scene of the episode is Rev Bem talking to Dylan that no one of the Andromeda´s new crew has ever been a High Guard member, and Dylan beginning to understand that he may have made a mistake in treating them as fully trained officers. Well written and action packed, the episode concludes with Beka´s slow-forming trust in Dylan and with the destruction of the alien ship which leaves us quite puzzled on who they may have been.
