Of the few episodes that I have seen of this series, I found this one to be one of the more innovative. I like the concept of the Elysian and how they share a group mind that they can instantaneously download into any one of their individual bodies anywhere throughout the cosmos. I realize that this may make them seem similar to the Borg from Star Trek, but they are actually quite unique. This Elysian ability is what allows Dylan to be witness to his own life through the perspective of a dozen different alternate realities. While the Elysian is first introduced to us as an antagonist, he slowly evolves into more of a caretaker roll.

This episode takes some old ideas and places a colorful new spin upon them.
