Andy Barker, P.I.

Andy arrives home to tell his father-in-law, George, that he finished his tax return. It is only 29 hours until the deadline. Andy tells him he will proofread it one last time in the morning then will file it electronically. George shows Andy more receipts that need to be added. Andy goes back to the office to file the tax return. Two men walk in and throw an envelope of dirty pictures on Andy's desk, taking his laptop.

Lew comes in wanting to know if Andy got the pictures. He tells Andy everything went according to plan with Peter Jacobs. Andy tells him he never told him about Peter Jacobs. Lew tells him that Peter cheated on his wife. Peter would need to hand over 1,000 credit card numbers on a laptop or his wife would get the photos. Lew tells Andy the men would be back when they didn't find numbers on the laptop. They go to Wally's to set up a stakeout with Simon along.

Lew and Andy are watching the surveillance cameras in Wally's place. Simon arrives with iced coffee for them. Jenny calls and tells Andy that her father is coming to the office with a gift. While he is on the phone Lew and Simon see George with a golf club. They run to the parking lot and Lew beats him up.

Jenny comes in as Andy readies for work the next morning. She says her father will be okay, wondering who could have done it. Andy suggests kids hanging around.

Andy needs to get his laptop back. He returns the pictures to Jacob, hoping he can lead Andy to the woman in the pictures. She says her name is Geneva but he couldn't find a listing for her. Simon comes, eating cake. Jacob tells him that is for Donna's retirement party at 4:30. Simon dismisses him saying they won't be there that long. Simon recognizes Geneva. Geneva is a character from a movie called "Death Blimp" where she is a topless rockclimber. Geneva is played by Loretta Crispin.

They knock on her door looking for Loretta. The woman who opens the door directs them to a bar where Loretta is. Wally is watching the parking lot and sees George bringing Andy some salmon in a box. Thinking it's someone meaning Andy harm he goes to attack the man.

Simon and Andy go to the bar to find Loretta. Andy tells Simon that she will sniff out the biggest loser in there. She arrives next to Andy, flirting with him. Simon tells Andy to go with her, he will follow him. Simon watches them leave.

Andy and Loretta go to a hotel. She fixes him a drink and puts something in it. He goes behind the drapes and pours it out the window. When he comes out she is undressed. He feigns drowsiness. She calls for ice in 302. The door opens and the two men who took the laptop enter with a camera. Andy tells them he wants his laptop. It has a unicorn sticker, his son went through a unicorn phase. Simon and Loretta sit on the bed and when she discovers he runs a video store with access to credit card numbers she is suddenly interested in him. They leave.

Andy finds his laptop. The man tells him he can't have it until he proves the numbers on the laptop he gave them are not fake. Andy tries to sneak out but Jenny calls and the phone alerts them. Jenny tells him her father was beaten again. Andy hides by the ice machine to file the quarterly. He can't get a signal. He runs to the fire escape where he is found by one of the thugs. They wrestle over the gun and Andy pushes the send button with the gun. The laptop is knocked off the rail but the mail is sent just before the laptop crashes. The thug gets a call that the card number works.

Jenny asks if Andy gave real credit card numbers. He says yes, but he had Jacob encrypt them so the FBI could trace them and catch the bad guys. Andy goes downstairs to get some rice pudding. He finds Lew in his kitchen wanting to know if he wants to make two grand. Andy tells him it's 3:00 am. Lew just replies, Not in Hong Kong it's not."
