A baby is heard crying and Jenny heads to house calling "Molly" revealing they at least a child named Molly even though no children have been seen.
In the first episode Andy's office was in Suite 210. In the beginning of this episode, he and Jenny step outside and the number 207 is seen over his office door. When Andy and Simon return to the office that night there are no numbers above the door.

When Simon rescues Lou from the chicken he shoos it into the warehouse and closes the doors which say Slaughter Room 5 alluding to The the 1969 book Slaughterhouse 5 by Kurt Vonnegut.
Three Days of the Chicken is similar to Sydney Pollack's Three Days of the Condor(1975).
