Andy Richter Controls the Universe

A 3^rd worker is placed in Andy's already cramped office, who creates even more confusion by being named Andy himself. In his apartment building, two recent graduates recognize Andy as a legend from their fraternity, and expect Andy to still be able to live up to his party-boy ways.
