Note to self. Never say random weird stuff again. EVER! People I was just going through a phase of momentarily insanity, pffft. Heh I like Angel and can take Charmed in small doses. But erm yeah, Angel is like one of my favourite shows And beating me with my own arm? That's a bit harsh isn't it?

You'd be surprised how perfectly acceptable it is in some cultures. Such as ours

Is anyone else getting a bad image in their heads or is it just me?

I have an actual question about the show. *Wonders if this is really the thread where it should go at this point.*

I'm curious why nobody recognized Fred when they met her in Pylea. They all saw a picture of her from the flyer and she didn't look that much different. It seems like they would've realized it was her on sight. Does anyone have any thoughts about why they wouldn't recognize her?

Well, they were searching specifically for Cordy. Fred was someone whose trail had gone a little cold. When they saw her, she'd been there for five years and had gotten a little bit ... bedraggled.

I think Cordy did recognize her, but I can't remember when.

It was sort of a matter of when who saw her first and what was going on in their mind at the time.

They did eventually figure it out.

Or maybe they were just distracted by the fact that there was an evil Angel beast trying to eat them and the fact that they were being hunted like well....Cows?

I know cows aren't really hunted a lot but...

Those are good points. I can see how all of those things would distract them. They did seem to lose focus quite a bit with all that was happening there.

I think Cordy did recognize Fred right away, but she was the only one who did.

    Thanks.

Yeah I have question... You know the way Illyria was alive back when The wolf, the Ram and the Heart were merely above the vampire? Well Jasmine said once she was around when earth began and powerful beings walked the earth. Would they both have been alive at the same time? Or were they from different dimensions? And speaking of Illyria in ''Origin'' Illyria was like Wesley puppy throughout, following him around and defending him against Angel. What was with that? Because it was before she was accepted into the gang and Illyria still thought they were lesser beings than she was?. Was there an explanation for that?

I've suggested that Illyria might well have remembered Jasmine and said disparaging things about her if they'd had time for that. Since Illyria was a multidimensional being, she'd probably have crossed paths with her/it.

And I think that she focused on Wesley for a few reasons. She had Fred's memories and by "The Girl In Question" was busy conducting some kind of sociological experiment about humanity with Wes as a focus. Also, Wes said he was willing to be her guide in this world. And he had killed her Kwa-ha'zan, so it's possible that whoever does that becomes the new Kwa-ha'zan, although this was never actually discussed.

    Hope that helps.

Yeah actually it does, thanks. I just assumed I had missed something because I remember being surprised when Illyria punched Angel away when he approached Wes. Good theory also on him becoming the new Kaw'ha’san. And as for the Jasmine/Illyria thing I always imagined that they knew each other. Thanks Tj

We mostly just tip them up here.

    .
    About 15 percent, generally.

Here's my question: A friend told me that they are indeed readying a script for a Buffy/angle movie. Only three cast members have yet to sign up (mostly from already joining other shows). It may start after the whole Serenity craze slows down. But is it true that Buffy was suppose to join the others the alleyway in "Not Fade Away"? FOr now, look for a fan-fiction called HEROES. Worth the read.

    No, it's not true.

The only thing they have that's even related is a possible Spike/Illyria movie, and that's not even confirmed yet. Just talks at the moment, and nobody has yet to sign any contracts yet.

As for "Heroes" ... they're better than most out there, but there's this little fact they're probably not gonna finish it.

And I wish there was a "Serenity" craze.

Why are people so ... not going to see this movie?

    They're staying away in droves.

Stupid people with their lives and their being busy and their going to see "other movies" -- I mean, what's up with that?

I really want to see Serenity, but I'm afraid to do it without seeing Firefly.

You will completely get it and enjoy it without seeing "Firefly."

Go see it while it's still showing.

Oh, and I actually posted a thing about it on the "Firefly" site, so ... well ... enjoy.
