Miss Flamiel goes to see the chairmen of the board, she is the new studio teacher who's strict on grammar,gum chewing and misbehaving.

He's hired her to get the zany Warner Brothers in control. She's confident that there hasn't been one child that she couldn't control, except for one named Buddy Hackett.

She makes the mistake of asking the chairmen when she can meet the dear little ones. He loosens at his collar and says that he'll have Ralph bring them by.

She doesn't want to be kept waiting so Ralph brings them into the classroom wearing a safety suit and holding out a box with a label on the front that reads 'Volatile contents'

Ralph sets the box down on her desk and tells her to wait until he leaves the room before she opens the box.

He quickly rushes out of the room and she pops the lid with a crowbar to which out pops the Warner siblings singing about school.

Despite everything that she tries to teach them throughout the day, Mrs.Flamiel fails terribly with her many rules and teaching skills as she's outwitted by the many charms of Wakko, Yakko and Dot.
