Something from "Critical Condtion" that puzzles me

    After Hisskill and Eggbert have changed their mind about Slappy Squirrel and decide that she's the funniest cartoon character of all time, they say "Slappy Squirrel, we salute you", but they don't even give her two toes up! What's up with that? Can somebody please give me an explanation?

    weren't they in tracktion when they said that? I mean tons of bandages and stuff. I'll have to watch it again but I could have sworn that they said they couldn't give her a toes up because of their injuries.

    Well, I'm sure they might have given her two toes up in their hearts. What do you think?
