Several of the world's leaders are having an international peace conference in the swiss Alps, in the fortress on the summit of Sloashdakashane. The Brain plans to use a Catalystic Immobilizer to freeze the world's leaders for 24 hours. Throughout the cartoon, Pinky keeps playing his drum from time to time, which annoys The Brain. They mail themselves to Switzerland and parachute out of the plane, and land on the roof of the fortress. The roof is icy, and they slide off into a deep canyon. They jump aboard the gondola and ride back to the fortress, but they get crushed by a pulley, and fall down into the canyon again. They try to climb up the mountain, and an eagle grabs them and feeds them to her chicks. They escape and fall through a window onto the banquet table. They stand on a plate of cheese and fire the Catalystic Immobilizer at the world's leaders, but someone covers the plate and the mice freeze themselves.
