Brain: If you want this done, you'll just have to find some actor that does impressions!
Brain: What is it you want? From the depths of your ignorance, what is it you want?
Brain: The right reading is the one I am giving it! Pinky: At the moment... Brain: I heard that!
Pinky: Let's move on to the next one. Brain: Here, under protest, is beef burgers...
Brain: There's too much directing going on here...
Brain: I take direction from one person, under protest, but from two, I don't sit still!
Brain: You! Leave! Writer: But Brain, I write all your best material! Brain: Shakespeare wrote my best material! You write meaningless drivel unfit for a light bulb ad!
This episode is included on the Animaniacs: Animaniacs Stew video.

Excellent double-entendre unintentionally made by Welles, in that Maurice LaMarche, the voice of Brain, is an impressionist, and is known for doing Welles -- he even dubbed in the voice of Welles in Tim Burton's Ed Wood.
Brain: The right reading is the one I'm giving!
What makes this episode great is that it is the product of an inside joke by the writers. The script is taken nearly word for word (excluding expletives) from a recorded outtake of Orson Welles (on whom the voice of The Brain is based) going beserk while recording a commerical for frozen peas. On the tape Welles, who was frustrated by being reduced to making commercials, takes the recording engineers to task for their inept direction and bad copy. The tape circulated underground for years and obviously the wirters of the episode got a copy and decided to produce it as a Pinky and the Brain sketch.
