  • Another Life has been the most successful daytime soap opera only to air on cable TV. The show has had many classic characters and storylines. The best storyline has had to be that of the Dar Salaam bible featuring the classic character Princess Ulanda.moreless

Another Life was made by the Christian Broadcasting Network and many of the characters had a strong faith in God often finding answers to thier problems through the bible. The show also featured a lot of non believing characters with several being converted to the word of God. Classic storylines have included Miriam Carpenter being held captive and the love triange of Gil Prescott with sisters Amber and Stacey. In the shows final year two major storylines where covered the first being Princess Ulanda trying to retrieve the rare Dar Salaam bible. The second storyline was Vanessa Fazon coming to town and controling the minds of many residents through DOMI. This storyline featured most of the regular cast.

Through out the shows complete run the central character has always been Terry Davidson, who was widowed early in the shows run. Terry finally found love again with Dave Phillips uniting the shows two central familes.

In the shows final year several key characters left the show from which the show never really recovered. These characters included Miriam Carpenter who finally found happiness with the twin brother of her kidnapper and Amber Phillips the troublesome daughter of Dave Phillips.moreless
