Anthony starts his journey in Clampham London at the recording studio of trip hop band Moorchiba. Here he has music added to his impromptu short story about a line cook and her troubles. Next Anthony meets up with world famous Chef Marco Pierre White. Who at the age of thirty-three was awarded three Michelin stars an unheard of accomplishment. Here he hunts with the chef and bask in the fresh ingredients of the London countryside. Tony stops by Hazletts a famous hotel known for world famous authors as it's residents. While in the same Soho section of London Anthony meets up with Phil and explores the drunken, party, and bohemian culture of London. Next Anthony explores Smithfield market which has been selling butchered meat for over eight hundred years. This begins a conversation about how the art of butchering is disappearing along with specialty meat markets. On the final leg of Tony's journey. Tony heads to Edinburgh and explores the culture and food of the city. Aided on his exploration by author Ian Rankin writer of crime novels based on the city. Here we learn where to get a good pint of Guiness beer and break down the myth of fish and chips being the only culinary choice while in the city.
