Next Anthony heads to the Tadich Grill and meets his friend Oscar. The two drink martinis and the Hang Town Fry. The dish is an omelet made of oysters and bacon. Next Anthony sees the street culture of San Francisco along Haight and Ashbury streets. While there he goes to the Zam Zam room a notoriously traditional bar in the counter culture Mecca. He meets his friend August and the two discuss the notorious past away bar icon Bruno and his harsh treatment of patrons. The duo eat dinner at the House of Prime Rib and relish in the classic meat dishes and a portable meat cooker that wheeled from table to table and you pick your cuts fresh. Next Anthony heads to Ferry Building Market and explores it's organic and local ingredients. Next Anthony explore the city of Oakland and discusses the taco truck culture with guide Cheri Garza. Back in San Francisco Anthony meets chefs Michael Black and Daniel Dunam and samples there excellent and traditional Sushi and Japanese dishes. Next Anthony heads to the Mission district of the city and samples traditional Mexican food at That's It Liquor Store. The fact that the Liquor Store is a fully functioning restaurant is the unique draw of the place. Next Anthony heads to China Town with guide Police Officer Sam Hong. The two sample the famous salt and pepper crab at the R & G Lounge. In the final segment of the show Anthony heads to Noe Valley and the Incanto restaurant and samples Chrisco Santino's dishes made of non-traditional cuts. The chef specializes in stomach, intestine, ear, lung, brain, and heart inspired dishes. On his last visit Anthony eats at his favorite burger spot Reds Java House.
