Anthony starts his journey at a typical Singapore food court. Here he demonstrates how what is normally generic fair in other countries is gourmet quality in Singapore culture. His example being the very popular chicken rice dish. Next Anthony eats at the hotel he's staying at the Hyatt. Which normally he balks at but to demonstrate the food culture of Singapore. He samples authentic dishes to show us even a western chain is raised to new levels thanks to Singapore's cooking culture. From his hotel Anthony meets with Russel Wong and takes part in a photo shoot. Next Anthony meets Master Soon and experiences reflexology. The procedure involves massaging the feet to affect the whole body and it's wellness. Next Anthony samples bone soup which is mutton bones cooked in a sweet spicy red sauce and famous due to the marrow you suck out of the bones. Next Anthony goes fishing with Escandar and attempts fly fishing off of the pier in front of Escandar's house. Next Anthony heads to Aurum which is a trendy hospital themed restaurant. While there Anthony and the other guest eat off of an operating table and sit in wheel chairs to complete the hospital theme. On the final leg of Anthony's journey he eats stewed sharks head with a native food critic. He also delights in huge crabs which are know to feed on human corpses from India's Ganges river.
