Links farm is famous for whole hog pork preparation. Next we see Anthony take part in a Civil War battle reenactment. Anthony is annoyed by the quality of his uniform and the reasoning behind some of the actors and why they do the reenactments. Next Anthony explores the Gullah culture and eats at the Gullah Grub restaurant. It's explained that the amalgamation of all the slave cultures being isolated on an island and needing to communicate so everyone could understand is how Gullah culture was created. Here he samples what's called low country cuisine. It's basically old country recipes with grits and gizzards for example.
