Anthony starts his journey at the restaurant Pelican and eats with extreme skiers Kaz and Lilly. The trio dines on pigs knuckles and Swedish Meatballs. Next Anthony meets with Kiki at the Skansen Glasbruk. The two make glass in the traditional way. Next Anthony heads to Saluhall to experience all the open market has to offer. From there he and a local food critic go to his home for a private dinner party. Next Anthony and reindeer rancher Peris enjoy a reindeer centered meal. Also we see them spend the night in what we in the west would call a tepee. It's reveled that the ancient people of Sweden had a lot in common with the Native Americans of hundred of years ago. Next Anthony samples Swedish furnishing from a non-Ikea point of view. The retail chain Design Torgat specializes in non-traditional housewares. After wards Anthony and Roger eat at Lux for some Swedish gourmet dining. Next Anthony meets back with Kiki and the two go to a club to hear Swedish rock music. From the club the two try the traditional Swedish hot dog Tunnbrodsrulle. The dish consist of mash potatoes, hot dog wiener, and shrimp salad wrapped in flat bread. In the final segment Anthony meets with a Swedish motorcycle club. The group discusses music choices and traditional axe throwing.
