Anthony starts his journey with a brief history of the town and how out of not wanting to travel twenty miles for bar drink. The first town of Vancouver was built next Anthony stops by chef Pino Postero a well know Italian food chef. He jokes about child labor since the chef has his under age son working and learning the ropes. He meets up with Nari a new producer for the show and the two go to Japa-Dog. The street carts are famous for mixing Japanese cuisine with western style hot dog recipes. Next Anthony heads to Whistler mountains with guide Ross former Olympic gold winning snow boarder. Next Anthony and Nari head to the forest and zip-line across a river. Back in town Anthony meets up with Japanese chef Tojo who uses mostly local Canadian ingredients to make his meals. After wards Anthony heads to the Canadian branch of E.A. Sports and marvels at how laid back and fun the working environment is. Anthony is turned into a digital soccer player and jokes about a chef massacre game. Next Anthony heads to an Uwe Boll production of the video game base movie Far Cry. He's allowed a bit part and is embarrassed during wardrobe when it's discovered he's wearing no underwear. After being given his clothing Anthony takes a fake bullet and does his best death imitation. Next Anthony meets with chef Vikram Vij a popular Indian cuisine chef. He enjoys a staff meal and marvels at the ready made gourmet meals Vij's provides. Next Anthony heads to Vancouver Island and eats Chef Ed Touson's local food dishes. He specializes in cooking non-traditional items that grow on the property. In the final leg of the show all of Tony's chef friends come together and have a potluck and discuss cooking theory. The meal ends with each sharing what their last meal would be if they had a choice.
