Having been foiled the first time, the Plutonians return to try and take over Earth by using an army of "replicants". However, they're only able to make one, a horribly incomplete version of Master Shake. They elect to try again to kidnap Shake, trying to convince him he'll be a movie star, and he willingly goes with them.
Meanwhile, Frylock and Meatwad continue learning hymns to try and join a local church. It is here that they first meet the replicant, who has been named Major Shake by the Plutonians, and they learn about what the Plutonians have planned. They share an equal dislike of the Plutonians because of their idiocy.
On the ship, Emory and Oglethorpe quickly remember what Shake caused in the past and elect to imprison him inside a pair of "laser rings", which in reality are nothing but disco lights. While inside them Shake answers the phone again, but instead hands the phone to Oglethorpe to talk to Major Shake. Major Shake is frustrated by his creators' idiocy and lack of planning and Frylock is dumbfounded as to why the Plutonians didn't recognize him instantly.
Meanwhile, since the plan isn't going well, Major Shake decides to bail out. He says he's going to "replicate" a way out, but instead breaks into and steals Carl's car. He disappears shortly thereafter and apparently crashed the car near a railroad trestle near the New Jersey Turnpike. However, Carl is told it wasn't Shake because of his abduction.
While trying to figure out what to do next the Plutonians decide to consult "Orbnauticus", which is a disco mirrorball that does nothing. Shake escapes from his "prison" and while arguing with Emory and Oglethorpe the ship plummets to earth and crashes into the Aqua Teens' front yard. Emory and Oglethorpe flee the scene.
