  In the film (based on the novel of the same name by Hunter S. Thompson), Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, after taking the Adreena Chrome, Raoul Duke sees giant, hairy bosoms grow out of Dr. Gonzo's back. Major Shake's line is a reference to that particular scene.
