    The Good:
    -"The time for maturity is over!"
    -"I do this at a bank robbery, I'll look like a fool."
    -Meatwad tries to eat a rubber steak.
    -"Aw, fudge. Does anyone want some?"
    The Bad:
    -"Diet" is not quite up to par with some of the season two or one antics. Other than Carl turning into an insect, this episode is almost too straightforward.

    I thought that this was a superb episode of "Aqua Teen Hunger Force". It was pretty gross towards the end of the episode but I really enjoyed it for the most part. It was interesting that Frylock made a bet with Carl that Meatwad can lose more weight than him and Carl accepts the challenge. Meatwad doing his power walk in the beginning of the episode was very funny especially because he keeps eating gummy bears. Shake wasn't really part of the losing weight competition so that's why I didn't include him. Meatwad wanting to eat when Frylock keeps pushing him to exercise was also very funny to see. Carl eats this candy bar where he loses alot of weight but it turned out that Carl was actually eating this parasite treat where parasites suck on his body and that's why he lost all of the weight. It was gross when Carl's lever fell on the ground and Meatwad was ALMOST going to eat it. The very ending was very disturbing and disgusting to see. Overall, even though it got pretty gross towards the end of the episode, this was a superb episode of "Aqua Teen Hunger Force". 9/10moreless

    • Carl, Shake, and Meatwad watch the same yoga video that Carl watches in "Robositter."

    • Carl's right hand falls off when Frylock brings him into the house, but when the parasite busts out of him, look hard; his right hand is back on.

    • At the beggining of the episode Carl says to Meatwad "what are you doing that for? You're just gonna die," refering to a Promo clip for Aqua Teen Hunger Force on the volume 3 special features. It features Carl questioning exercise becuase everyone inevitably dies.

    • Since when does Frylock have the power to shoot water out of his eyes? (Edit: It wasn't water, it was more a form of CO2, which is found in fire hydrants. Though this is the first appearance of that ability, I'm guessing Frylock has more power that we'll ever know)

    • So Frylock turns on the carpet cleaner, and sucks Shake dry. The liquid inside the container is red. Every time Shake spits fluid out, it's green. Since when did he change flavor? (edit: but in dickisode Shake is seen drinking another drink and says he need 85 gallons of soda. This reveals that it wouldnt matter on his flavour because whatever he drinks he abosrbs it!)

    • The eHelmet from previous episodes is now back to it's cheaper and lesser form: the X-Wing helmet. If you watch closely, you'll notice it's just reanimated footage from eDork on a new background.

I have... three hearts 'cause I'm from Tatooine! And my mother... Frylock: No you're not. Shake: Really? Interesting. 'Cause, you know, I get my physical every year... on Alderaan! Frylock: That didn't happen. Shake: Well... I'm... I am from the Dagobah System!

    • Frylock: How about a twist of lemon? Meatwad: How about a twist of I gauge your mother f***in' eyes out. Get me the f***in' damn wing sauce.

    • Frylock: Look, we gotta do thirty minutes on the stair-stepper. Meatwad: Son of a-- Frylock: Come on! It'll be fun! Meatwad: (Back in Meatwad's room on the Stair-Stepper) And then... and then I'm gonna go off and get surgery when you ain't lookin'. And get, all the rest of it sucked out with a tube. Is that okay?

    • Frylock: Shake, whats wrong with you? You know he can't eat this stuff. Shake: I don't know, I'm conflicted. Part of me wants to show it to him then woop it down in front of him, yet part of me wants to see him eat it and loose the bet. I just don't know who to trust anymore.

    • The episode is also known under the extended title "South Bronx Paradise Diet." The name was shortened for unknown reasons. (EDIT: Likely the title was shortened to avoid troubles with the popular carb-counting diet "South Beach Paradise Diet")

    • Through out the entire episode, Meatwad never actually takes his true meatball form.

    • Akhenaton Nickens is a son of one of the staff members. Obviously, we won't know who since his name has been re-arranged for the credits.

    • Carl was given a body type in which the staff dubbed as "Crack-Fiend."

    • The sound effect of shake being sucked dry by the carpet cleaner was made using a real milkshake and a vaccum tube.

    • Opener: Oglethorpe gets his revenge for the spraypainting. He orders 50 million large pizzas for the Mooninites!

    • Towards the end of the episode Frylock is helping Meatwad while reading a magazine. The magazine is the Moon Master booklet from the previous episode, Moon Master.
