Once again, Meatwad is blasting rap music. This time, it's from "Little Brittle and the C-Bag", but it sounds strangely like MC Pee Pants. Frylock, naturally, is suspicious. He suggests they go to 612 Wharf Avenue to investigate but Meatwad says that Little Brittle is instead at Tragic Castles Retirement Home on the other side of town. So instead, Frylock and Meatwad head there. Master Shake wants to come but only if they make a side trip to Peru. When refused, Shake warns them that Dracula called and is coming tonight.
When Frylock and Meatwad arrive at the retirement home to see what Satan has sent MC Pee Pants back to Earth as- a decrepit old man wearing nothing but a showercap and a diaper wasting away the last days of his life in his bed. Little Brittle is also the stereotypical forgetful and easily startled old man who thinks everyone is out to get him.
After awhile, we find out the usual scam Little Brittle/MC Pee Pants is behind while Meatwad is biting him in his hospital bed. He wants to be turned into a vampire so he can live forever, which is why he released his album in Transylvania (Meatwad had to pay extra for it, being an import). He wants to live forever because he's tired of being sent back to Earth as lower life forms. Frylock informs him that the only way he can live forever is to become a Christian, which he agrees to.
Suddenly, a vampire in a coffin comes into the room. He is a huge fan of Little Brittle and is willing to turn him into a vampire. Little Brittle/MC Pee Pants is thrilled at his new look and parades it out in public, but forgets that vampires aren't supposed to be in the sun and immediately dies. So does the vampire who bit him.
Back in Hell, MC Pee Pants is flying around as a bat trying to impress Satan. Naturally, it doesn't impress him and he's swept away in flames.
