"What the hell is this?" yells Frylock about the mess in the kitchen. After Shake chucks the satellite dish, used to make hot dogs, into the kitchen, he's ordered to get cleaning supplies at the store. Shake goes, saying it's his decision. As he leaves, a mold on the kitchen floor begins to grow.
Shake comes back from the store with air freshener and spray cheese, suggesting they turn the living room into the new kitchen. Frylock notices the breathing mold in the kitchen, but Shake is busy pouring gasoline over the recliner and setting a match to it, making it a new stove. It explodes when Meatwad tosses the air freshener into the fire, sending Shake sailing out of the room. After Frylock investigates the explosion, the mold, now life-size, checks on everybody and offers a soft drink. He goes to play with Meatwad and his dolls.
After Meatwad introduces his dolls, the mold wishes he had a name. Meatwad names him "Ol' Drippy," since he's dripping over his stuff (the only time he does it). He offers to get him the best doll ever and takes a cardboard beer promo, shaped like a headless swimsuit model with a surfboard and a six-pack, from Carl's house. Shake comes back carrying a gutter and hits Meatwad with it until he sees Drippy, then runs away screaming. When Frylock tells Shake the monster came from the mess in the kitchen that's still there, Shake expects to be thanked, but has to take the garbage out, still claiming leadership. When Carl asks him where he's taking the dishes, Shake runs off.
Meatwad and Drippy play "wedding" with the dolls and the promo when Carl breaks up the party. Drippy apologizes and rakes Carl's lawn to make up for it. He then gets everyone a latte, except for Shake. Drippy offers his, but Shake slaps it onto the carpet. Shake reminds everyone that he cleaned the kitchen, when Carl walks in asking why the pool is filled with hot dog chunks and dirty dishes. Shake tells him about the experiment using Carl's car battery and dog shampoo. Drippy offers to take care of the mess, and Carl thanks him and tells Shake he "ought to take lessons from him," with Frylock and Meatwad agreeing with him. Shake says he's moving out, but he's all talk until Meatwad pushes him out.
Left out in a thunderstorm that night, Shake begs to be let back in after his couch cushion shelter is struck by lightning. Back in the house, he starts coughing and Drippy notices a nasty fever. He tells Shake to eat his head since he's half-penicillin and says goodbye to Meatwad as Shake all too willfully eats Drippy over three days, when Drippy is now much less then whole. Shake goes to run amok and finds a flier for "Lord of the Wingz" on the street when a semi is rushing towards him. With whatever strength he has left, Drippy pushes him out of the way as the semi hits him. As Meatwad mourns the loss of his best friend, Shake, eating a bucket of wings, says Drippy "mentioned something about not liking" him. He throws him a bone and tells him to "go make a doll out of that."
