When Shake is handling the summons, it makes a ruffling sound as if it's paper, even though it is actually Carl's skin.

When the trees apprehend Carl, the branch that the "court stenographer" would eventually use to peel off Carl's skin is on his right. While wood court is in session, that branch is now on his left.

Everyone (Carl, Shake, Frylock, and Meatwad) are in the front yard while Shake and Carl are flash-frying the cow. Then, while Meatwad is waiting for Carl to throw the frisbee, there is a far shot of the Aqua Teens' and Carl's houses and Frylock is missing. He then reappears when asking what Shake will do with the oil.

Throughout the episode, there is an inconsistency between the pieces of skin the trees rip off Carl and then how much he still has left. For example, the trees had ripped two pieces off that were big enough to be sheets of computer paper, but never are the spots on Carl's skin shown where this skin was ripped off. Also, when the court stenographer tree gives Shake a sheet to sign, it has Carl's bellybutton on it. But when Carl is shown hanging from the tree moments later, he clearly still has his belly button.

In this episode shake injects a cheese into a cow. When he throws it away it blows up.

In the end, the trees get very mad at Frylock for ripping that piece of paper out of the book because paper is made from trees. If they hate the fact that he was technically "killing a tree", then why did they have the book in the first place? Did they kill their own kind to make it or something?

When Meatwad is rolling to catch the frisbee, you can see Shake on the ladder looking down in the vat of oil but, once Carl throws the frisbee on the roof and Meatwad says he'll get the ladder, the ladder disappears and Meatwad never gets it.

When Frylock argues with Shake about getting rid of the oil Shake says he's going to tell his friend on the internet chatroom about it and I quote "I have a life!". But in Super Model he made it a clear point that chatrooms are for lame people with no real life.

We see Shake inject the cheese into the cow and it swells up. But a couple of frames later, the swelling is gone.
