The father robot jumps onto of and dents the roof of Carl's car. But a few seconds later, Carl and the roof of his car are shown, and the roof is still intact.
Whe Carl opens a lighter in the house, it merely sets the house ablaze. But when Meatwad lights a cigarette in Reedickyoulus, it causes an explosion.
When Carl mentions the attic, he says that he nailed the door shut, but it was actually the Aqua Teens who nailed it up at the end of "The Shaving" while Carl was left in it.
In this episode, there is a hole in the middle of the hallway floor that goes down to the crawlspace that the Aqua Teens use for a bathroom, but in "Total Recarl", it is revealed that the Aqua Teens have a pile of clothes in their hallway for a bathroom, not a hole.
Carl: They ain't got no bathroom here, but they got a hole in the plywood that goes all the way down to the crawlspace, and there is plenty of room down there. Uh, they got this old pizza here to block off the aroma.
Frylock's Answering Machine: Hi, this is Frylock. I'm not able to answer your call right now, because I'm currently being cocooned by military spiders in a cave in the Majavi Desert. At the sound of the tone-- Shake: "At the sound of the tone"? Wouldn't it just be at the tone? Frylock: Shut up, Shake. I like to be thorough!
Carl: (On the phone with his mother) Hey, Ma it's Carl. How are you doing? Oh Ma, I'm thinking of packing my bags and planning a trip to that dark dismal VA hospital you live at. Oh no, Ma I'll bring a cot, I won't lay in bed with you. I, uh, just need a change of scenery, ya know, and I'd love to see my favorite woman. (Mother starts arguing with him). What do you mean tomorrow's physical therapy? It's Carl, your son. Yeah, the one with the mustache! Oh is that right? Well, you to, you bitch!
Carl: Hey, you got any kids? If I were married to her (laughs) WE'D BE POPPING 'EM OUT! Man: We have two monkeys. Carl: Yeah that might be a problem.
Carl: This house has a high price. Robot Husband: Yeah, well we have nothing, and you're gonna like it.

It is revealed the attic is still nailed shut, ever since "The Shaving". In fact, there is some blood leaking out.

When Carl shots the robots at the end with the gatling gun, he is dressed like Rambo from the series of the same name.
