Aqua Unit Patrol Squad 1

The monthly bills are due to be paid and Master Shake, who is in charge of paying them, is dawdling by watching TV. Frylock reminds him that the post office will be closing soon and he won't be able to get them paid on time. Later that evening Frylock asks Shake if he paid them to try to catch him in a lie, which he does. In due course, the Aqua Teens' cable, water, electricity, and gas are all shut off. Frylock finds out that the reason why Shake didn't pay the bills was because he flushed them down the toilet due to their expense.

Frylock decides that this is a prime time to teach Shake a lesson in responsibility and refuses to pay the bill or allow Meatwad, who is craving his favorite food (a "weenie smoothie"), to pay- although Meatwad can only pay in pine straw because he doesn't have any money. Shake, however, isn't willing to learn any responsibility and heads over to Carl's house to try and watch TV. Carl pulls out his rifle, but in a skirmish he shoots himself in the foot accidentally. Shake refuses to get medical help, and by the time Frylock arrives on the scene Carl ends up losing his foot. Meatwad, however, has finally figured out how to make a weenie smoothie without electricity- he uses a lawnmower.

After being taken to a hospital, Carl has had his foot attached to his forehead. To keep him from losing his mind he is prescribed horse pills, which in addition to keeping his pain away cause him to hallucinate. Meanwhile, the lights and such have been restored to the Aqua Teens' house and Frylock is happy that Shake took responsibility...only to find out that Shake plugged a bunch of extension cords into Carl's house and caused it to burn down. However, Carl is not upset due to his drug induced haze and decides to sleep on the Aqua Teens' lawn.
