Frylock is looking for Carl's help, but Carl isn't answering his door. Frylock eventually enters the house and convinces Carl to try out a supertoilet he has invented and placed on Carl's front lawn. In order to get Carl to try the toilet out Frylock gives him strong espresso, stool softener, and fiber tablets to make him want to defecate and locks his front door so he has no choice but to use the toilet. Frylock has made it so when the toilet flushes, a jet engine will obliterate all waste. He also convinced Carl there was a cloaking device on the toilet which would've rendered Carl invisible, but he later reveals it as a lie because he couldn't afford it (but doesn't tell Carl this).

After Carl is done doing his business, he decides to flush the toilet. However, he's standing too close to the toilet and is sucked into the jet engine, which destroys his entire body except for his head. As Frylock and Master Shake inspect the damage, Meatwad invokes a line from "The Six Million Dollar Man" and says they can rebuild him.

Meatwad first tries to do it by attaching Carl's head to a tree in his backyard with bungee cords but it doesn't work. Frylock then takes it inside and tells Shake to get him a dead body for a transplant while he keeps Carl's head alive with electrical impulses (which enables him to swear at everyone).

The first attempt sees Frylock use the body Shake stole from the cemetery, the body of an old black man that rejects Carl's head. Frylock then sends out letters for help, including getting one from an organ bank that refused to send a "buttload of organs" to help (Shake's words, although he said "assload"). He does get a response, however, and builds Carl a new body out of eyeballs from a website called wegotussomemedicalwaste.com However, Carl can barely walk and is not happy with his new body, and Frylock is forced to try again. He first tries to hook Carl up to a robotic weapon, which Shake convinces him not to do, and then hooks him up to a remote control truck that Carl can't operate by himself. He then asks Meatwad to take Carl home, but Meatwad is busy torturing Shake with the weapon suit. Meatwad eventually destroys Shake with the rockets attached to the suit, saying "fudge you, butthole" as he does.
