    The Good:
-"Steve, send the phone spiders." Dr. Weird has spiders that travel through the phone chord and strangle a telemarketer that can't pronounce Dr. Weird's name.
-Carl hides from Frylock, but Frylock surprises him when he comes in Carl's house anyway.
    -Meatwad drops f-bombs incorrectly.
    -Shake steals Meatwad's jokes
    The Bad:
-Even though the Aqua Teens annoy Carl constantly, they feel the need to rebuild him.
-Carl is not as funny as usual.
  • Frylock decides to rebuild Carl's body after Carl gets diced up in Frylock's super toilet which only leaves Carl's head

I thought that this was an excellent episode of "Aqua Teen Hunger Force". This episode probably isn't for kids though because it's pretty violent and it has the TV-14 rating. Carl does get diced up after falling into Frylock's super toiler which is where you see a lot of blood. Also, Meatwad gets his revenge on Shake at the end of the episode which is also violent but no blood was shown in that scene and I'll explain Meatwad's revenge on Shake in a little bit. Anyways, I was laughing very hard in the beginning of the episode when Frylock was trying to convince to go in the environmentally friendly super toilet and then Carl goes on it. Carl using the super toilet outside was hilarious. I was also laughing super hard when Carl fell in the super toilet and got diced. Frylock trying to rebuild a new body for Carl was hilarious. Frylock putting Carl's head in the eyeball body was absolutely hilarious and weird. Carl getting frustrated and coming after Frylock until Frylock unplugged Carl was hilarious. I was also laughing when Carl's body is that toy truck. Meatwad having a giant robotic body and using that opportunity to get revenge on Shake at the very end of the episode was hilarious. I was laughing super hard when Meatwad (in the giant robotic body) throws Shake up in the sky and shoots missile and then Meatwad says "F**k you butthole" was absolutely hilarious and a brilliant way to end the episode. I loved Meatwad's revenge on Shake at the very end of the episode because Shake deserves it for always treating Meatwad so badly. Overall, an excellent episode of "Aqua Teen Hunger Force". 10/10

  • A funny and well-plotted episode, displaying all the randomness that ATHF is known for.

'Total Recarl' is certainly a well plotted, formulated and performed episode of Aqua Teen Hunger force. It exhibits many of the staples of the show that we have grown to love, such as a myriad of abstract jokes, a story with an uncanny and unique foundation, the display of numerous character traits and several pop-culture references thrown in for good measure.

One of the many episodes to solely feature the Aqua teens and their neighbor – Carl, 'Total Recarl' is a fine example of the chemistry that the creators of the show can concoct when placing the aforementioned four characters in absurd and quirky situations.

The episode begins with Frylock attempting to converse with Carl, despite his protests and futile attempt to avoid his neighbor, Carl eventually comes to learn that Frylock has erected a large, steel, futuristic toilet on his front lawn. Frylock explains that the toilet will stop water waste, as you use up 3 gallons of water every time you flush. "Oh, the poor children!" Carl exclaims cynically. Eventually, Frylock leaves Carl (with an assortment of protein tablets and other products designed to help move the bowels) and retreats to his room, where he and Meatwad watch Carl go about his business – we learn that before Frylock can apply for a patent, the toilet must be tested on humans, thus the reason why he is so eager to have Carl use the contraption.

Carl does his business and flushes the toilet. The purpose of the flushing device is to disintegrate all human excrement and propel it into the atmosphere. However, the vacuum is too strong and Carl is sucked into the sharp blades.

What should have tended to his waste, has instead grinded Carl's body into nothingness, only his head remains. The remainder of the episode then focuses on the Aqua Teen's ostentatious attempts to piece Carl back together. They find many replacement bodies including a corpse (which rejects Carl's head), a body made of eyeballs (which works but causes Carl great pain, possibly one of the funniest situations in the episode), a robotic combat suit (realizing their own stupidity, they never activate it) and finally a remote control truck.

The episode ends with Meatwad, now donning the previously seen combat suit, throwing shake into the air and blowing him up with a barrage of missiles.

Overall, the episode flows well and has many humorous moments. Not a perfect episode but one that can get you laughing and one that truly personifies what aqua teen hunger force is all about.
  • Carl getting diced up by a super toilet, what more can you ask for.

I've seen Carl die many times throughout this series, but this was by far my favorite Carl death. When I first saw it, I burst out laughing my ass off when I saw him sitting on a massive toilet in public. I don't know why, but its always funny to see a male cartoon character take a crap on a toilet w/ a newspaper. I pictured what that whole scene would look like in real life, and I seriously doubt it would be pretty. What I didn't expect was that he'd get pulled in by the suction of the toilet's flush. I sat there and was like, "Ooohh maaaan!!! That's gotta suck!!!!" Unlike most Carl deaths, Frylock and the gang actually try to bring him back to life with the most bizarre and obsured methods.
