In the episode Super Bowl, he shrinks down Meatwad's Super Bowl tickets and injects them into his bloodstream. Obviously he already had a shrink ray. (Editor's Note: In Super Bowl, Frylock did not actually shrink the tickets, he just said he did to keep Shake from looking for them.)
