My favourite has to be Carol, Crystal, whatever! It seems likeshe has the most fun.

And I love Judy she is fantastic.

So hard to pick. If any of them were missing, or their idiosyncrasies were altered, it would be like a grin with missing teeth. I really enjoy Woodhouse, Lana is way hot and kick-butt too, Malory is naughty, cantankerous and quick with great lines, but Archer is the incarnation of coolness. So, if I had to pick my favorite, it would have to be Archer. I wouldn't even try to order all the others. They're all too good.

I have to admit with others, this really is an ensemble piece. If you take away any of the regular (or semi-regular) characters the show suffers.

That all being said, Archer is my favorite. He's like an offensive Maxwell Smart.

I don't think there's a single character I don't love. Cheryl and Pam always crack me up. And Krieger is so quotable. "CALENDAR YEAR!!!"

This show's ensemble cast is one of it's strongest features. Banter-wise, almost everything Pam says is a stitch, and put any combination of Archer, Lana, and Cyril together and it's great.
