Everyone back at ISIS decides to find a way to get their money back, no matter how unethical.moreless

Archer, Malory, Lana, and Ray all go to Monaco during the Grand Prix to recover a disc with unverified content on it in exchange for four million dollars, which actually is from the ISIS 401K employee accounts. Archer gets drunk and loses almost all of it because he deposited it in the casino pre gambling to get the benefits of the Ultra Suite. Then Lana, Ray, and Archer decide to try to the get the money from the casino after retrieving the disc. While back at ISIS after realizing they have no more 401K money left the rest of the ISIS employees have a sort of garage sale selling ISIS equipment to dudes to get their money back. This episode provided some great laughs and a car exploding into a helicopter reminiscent of Live Free or Die Hard, good work Archer, even if Malory is the most despicable human being I can think of. Why was he dressed as Hitlermoreless

    ADD TRIVIA
    • In the 401k list on Cyril's computer, several ISIS employees are listed that have never been seen: John Baxtor, Samantha Munroe, Heather Baker, and Jeff Chapman. Hector Ruiz also appears on the list, despite having been killed in the season 1 episode "Diversity Hire".

    • When Cyril is looking at 401k information on his computer, we see "Doctor Krieger" on the list. It was mentioned in the episode "A Going Concern" that Krieger is not any kind of doctor, but his first name appears to actually be "Doctor".

    • The translation from Lana and Benoit's French exchange: Lana: Oh, nous excusez, mon ami! Elle est fatiguée. (Oh, excuse us, my friend! She's tired.) Benoit: Et mal élevée. (And rude.) Lana: Sans doute. Mais vous avez un reservation pour moi, non? (Without a doubt. But you have a reservation for me, no?) Lana Kane? Benoit: Non. (No.) Lana: What?! Et pourquoi non?! (And why not?!) Benoit: C'est le Gran Prix! (It's the Gran Prix!)

    • When Ray hits someone with Malory's purse, he asks, "What does she have in here, buckles?" This is a callback to the first episode "Mole Hunt" where Archer asks the same thing as Malory is hitting him with her purse.

    • Both Lana and Malory say that they've never seen Archer really drunk (except, in Malory's case, for that one time as a child). However, they saw Archer drunk at a party in the early season 1 episode "Training Day".

    • The location of the hotel keeps changing based on the shots. The hotel is established as being on the Grand Prix circuit, but from Archer's room we see the hotel is too high up to be near the circuit. When the cars travel from right to left in front of the hotel, this could only happen at turns 3 & 4, but these turns have inclines and curves which don't appear. There's also a shot of the foliage across the street (before zooming on Archer in the hot tub) that places the hotel on the start/finish straightaway, but the cars are traveling in the wrong direction - the straightaway is too long to be confused with any other location on the track. In addition, in the final chase, the cars travel past non-existing locations or in the wrong direction - this is established by where the cars are stopped and the order they reach locations compared to when they cross the part of the course that passes next to the yachts/docks.

    • Benoit: C'est le Gran Prix.
Malory: I don't care if its a Wehrmacht Reunion Party.
      (Benoit gasps)

The Wehrmacht were the armed forces of Nazi Germany. Monaco was occupied by Italy, and then Germany during WWII.

    • The drivers in first race are named Bell, Bivens & Devoe. This is a reference to the American R&B group Bell Biv DeVoe, popular in the 1990s. Their most famous single was "Poison".

    • The Halloween costumes that Archer and Malory were wearing in the flashbacks were Charlie Chaplin and Elvira, respectively. They both seem to have Chaplin's iconic mustache confused with Hitler's.

    • The drivers who win the second race are named Moonsie, Bennett, and Kotero. These are the last names of the members of Apollonia 6, a 1980s girl band who were assembled by musical artist Prince and appeared in the 1984 Prince movie Purple Rain.

    • Ray: Your son... is drunk. Malory: Who are you, Carrie Nation? Carrie Nation was a member of the anti-alcohol temperance movement in 19th century America.

    • Le Chuffre, who tries to extort money from Malory, is a reference to the villain named Le Chiffre from the 2006 James Bond film Casino Royale.

    • The race car that Lana is driving has the same paint style and number as Herbie the Love Bug, from the Disney film series about the anthropomorphic car.

    • The muffin in the briefcase gag is a reference to a Frisky Dingo episode "Meet Awesome-X" (a show by the same creator, Adam Reed). It also appeared in the Archer episode "Tragical History".

    • Archer: Thanks, Radar. This is a reference to Corporal "Radar" O'Reilly, from M*A*S*H. The nerdy, bespectacled man whom Archer is addressing bears a resemblance to Gary Burghoff, the actor who portrayed the character in the TV show and the film.

    • Benoit's name makes Archer laugh because Benoit/Ben Wa balls are the name of a sex toy.
