Pam gets kidnapped after being mistaken for Cheryl/Carol. ISIS discovers that Cheryl is really an heir to a billion-dollar empire and is being hunted by masked gunmen. Malory offers ISIS as Cheryl's personal bodyguard service, in exchange for financial compensation. Meanwhile, Archer and Ray attempt to rescue Pam from her captors, while everyone else weighs Pam's worth.

Archer finds out that the drugs he's been taking for his breast cancer are counterfeit. Swearing retribution, he goes on a rampage, enlisting Lana to document everything on camera. Cyril discovers a dark secret about Dr. Krieger's family line, and decides to report it to Malory.

Archer is diagnosed with stage two breast cancer. Trying to keep a positive outlook, Archer tries to make peace with all his co-workers before his surgery. Lana takes pity on Archer's condition and gives their relationship a chance to be mended.

When a famous movie actress wants to research her new role in a spy thriller, she comes to ISIS. Lana is initially reluctant to let her tag along, but decides she wants to when she realizes it will make Archer jealous. Meanwhile, Malory tries to write her own spy thriller with Cyril's help.

ISIS gets their computer system infected by a pirate virus. The team needs to stop it before it reaches all the encrypted files and reveals the identities of all their agents. Meanwhile, Cyril is trying to find a way to show his coworkers that he can perform under pressure, which is bringing back painful memories of his childhood.

The history of Woodhouse and his relationship with the Archers is explored when his involvement with a Tontine suggest foul play. With only three members left of the Tontine including himself, Woodhouse receives protection from Archer. As the story behind the Tontine unfolds, it is revealed how Woodhouse met Malory, and how he ended up as Archer's loyal butler. Meanwhile, Archer has to struggle with protecting Woodhouse and taking care of baby Seamus at the same time. With news of a Tontine spreading, the rest of ISIS consider having one of their own.

ISIS has to protect an oil pipeline from being destroyed by an environmental activist. Archer and Lana travel into the marshes to try to stop the terrorist from destroying the pipeline and the surrounding environment. Of course, Archer and Lana working together can be a disaster in itself. Back at ISIS headquarters, Malory is trying to cut their energy expenses by going green. The problem is that some members are adjusting worse than others.

Archer's favorite hooker Trinette comes to him claiming he fathered her child, and Barry from ODIN offers to supervise a paternity test. Malory convinces Archer to try to swap out his DNA sample, so he ends up having to break into a vault while being a liter low on blood.

Malory tries to get more money for ISIS by dragging her agents to a winter resort town to protect a Swiss billionaire's daughter from being kidnapped, but it soon becomes clear to Archer that his biggest threat is his protectee: a young nymphomaniac who will stop at nothing to sleep with the world's greatest spy.

Questions about the identity of Archer's real father lead him into a trap - and a confrontation with Malory. Meanwhile, Lana learns of all of Cyril's past indiscretions and decides to get even.

When rival agency ODIN offers Lana a better-paying job, Archer ends up grabbing the position first. This devastates Malory, who will stop at nothing to prevent him from keeping it. Meanwhile, Lana goes to ODIN headquarters to try to get the job originally offered to her.

Malory chooses Lana over Archer for a mission to Saint-Tropez to take out an international arms dealer, and she accompanies Lana there as well for a "conference" that turns out to be a tryst with her KGB paramour, Nikolai. Back at ISIS headquarters, Cyril is worried sick about Lana's safety - not to mention, her fidelity.
