Frank Gorshin, who plays Brother Septimus in this episode, is mostly famous for his role as The Riddler in the 1960's Batman TV show.
Aidan Pendleton, who played Alison, also played Gwen in The Tale Of Badge.
This marks the 3rd appearance of Sardo.
Gary frightened his fellow Midnight Society members by planting a scarecrow with a black cape by the campfire, and then snuck up behind them. (They initially thought the scarecrow was Gary.)
