After getting his portraits back from the basketball team, Matt finds that he didn't show up in the photos. To make it up to him, the photographer gives him an antique camera because it has apparently 'chosen' him. Matt soon learns that anything he takes a picture of will have something bad happen to it, whether you want it or not.moreless
  • A boy who is treated as if he were invisible is given an evil camera that destroys everything it shoots. At first this seems like an incredible possession, until it starts taking pictures of his sister and parents.moreless

While a fair episode, it is obviously not one of the more original storylines of the series. It was a bit unbelievable that Calhoun would have owned the camera for 20 years without once thinking to take a picture of it in the mirror (when the viewer could easily think up this solution even before the new owners could). Also, twist endings are always great...when they are unexpected (and, believable for that matter). But, the ending of this one was far too predictable. All in all, it may have been overly trite, but the bottom line is it is still, with its flaws, an enjoyable episode.moreless
