    "Mediocre"
    To start, I'm not a huge fan of Frank's stories. I didn't much like "The Tale of the Phantom Cab", the story that got him "in", and I don't really like this one either. Most of the way through it is somewhat interesting...because of the fact that a werewolf might be eating up all the pets in the neighborhood. However, the discovery that the wolf and the mother's new boyfriend are twins is way too conveinient. The ending is "cute" because the boy did finally get his dog...but "cute" in this case isn't really a compliment.moreless
