Are You Afraid of the Dark?

An alien girl laid eggs underneath the school football field. She enrolls as a student only interested in Jake for the ring. She tails him until he sees that she is not even from this planet. Julie is suspicious of him. Her real form scares him and soon he helps her out. She tells him that they need to destroy the locusts before it's too late so they do. After everything was finished, it is revealed that Ellen is the flesh-eating bacteria that struck again. The eggs weren't zapped, they were hatching.



This episode was kind of painful to watch and it was amazing but the plot wasn't really well thought out.

Pretty lame episode. I'm just glad there was a "twist" ending, though it was very predictable. Nearly everything about this episode was not very poorly thought out. The girlfriend seems omnipresent...no matter the most random place, she'd find Jake and Ellen. And the cross-field crystal tossing was also quite unbelievable. Sure, he's a quarterback...but I don't think he'd of made it from that far away.
