Amanda is a teenage girl who goes to stay with her aunt and cousin, Beth, for the summer. Her cousin isn't exactly friendly to Amanda, and she's told that she can only hang out with Beth and her friends if she spends a night alone in the house next door that's rumored to be inhabited by the spirit of a preteen girl.
