Are You Being Served?

The pilot episode was quite hilarious. It sets up the viewer with the typical funny opening and gives us a great intro into Mr. Lucas, Mr. Humphries, Mrs. Slocumbe, Miss Brahms,and Mr. Grainger. Lucas and Humphries are, as usual, in fine form. There is no mention of Mrs. Slocumbe's cat but Mr. Grace's "You've all done very well" is present. All in all, a very wonderful beginning for a very wonderful series.



"If she burns her bra, we'll have to call the London Fire Brigade." -Mr. Humphries.



"He won't sack you, he's too soft-hearted. He'll get Peacock to do it." -Mr. Humphries.
