They're all pretty good, but my favorite is still Mr. Humphries.

For me, easily Capt. Peacock, Mr. Lucas and Mr. Grainger. Humphries was ok. Mrs. Slocombe got on my nerves most of the time. I got a kick out of Mr. Mash too. Great show!

I always felt Mr. Mash was funnier than Mr. Harman.

Dick Lucas, and by the way it was Mr Nash not Mr Mash. I preferred Mr Harman though, I always had a soft spot for Arthur English who played him.

No it's Mr. Mash... Mr. Mash & Mr. Beverley (or Harry) Harman - Mr. Mash and Mr. Harman were the maintenance men, Mr. Harman replacing Mr. Mash in series 4.

Well, if you have a broken DVD remote, like mine, you have to watch the subtitles. It's Mash.

My favourite character? It has to be Mr. Spooner, he was brilliant, and so was Mr Mash

Only episode I liked with Mr. Spooner was when he was going to be a big music act.  Very humorous.

Miss Brahms voice got on my nerves & her accent was so thick I often had a hard time understanding her. My son's favorite character is Mr. Harman. I would have to say mine is Mr. Humphries followed by Mr. Lucas. I got a kick out of Mr. Rumbolt as well. When he played Humpty Dumpty (don't remember the title of the episode) he fit the character perfectly....those ears just crack me up.

Ironically, that very episode is on right now. Its young Mr. Grace's birthday, & they all dress up as toys,Miss Brahms = Miss Muffet, Mr. Lucas= Little Boy Blue, Mrs. Slocombe= a baby doll, Captain Peacock= toy soldier, Mr. Humphries= the fairy Prince/Producer of the play which they put on & Mr. Rumbolt= Humpty Dumpty. This was one of my favorite episodes.

Edit: I forgot to mention that Mr. Tebbs plays a teddy bear

    I. Mr Mash
    II. Mr Humpries
    III. Mr Lucas

I find those 3 the funniest. I don't know why I like mr Mash but I do.

I loved them all, but I guess it's a tie between Mrs. Slocomb and Mr. Lucas.  Both were so very sly in their own way.  I loved Mrs. Slocomb's stories about Tiddles, and the way she would assert that she'd gotten herself out of a possibly salacious situation "...eventually."  I also loved, "...and I am unanimous in that!"  And lord, the stories Mr. Lucas could improvise on the spot.  I'll love him forever about the story about the asthmatic cat, the Asian boarder, and his mother's deaf aid.
