  • Just heartbreaking

    This episode was heartbreaking really. I really thought the one to die was going to be Chase. Never in a minute I thought about Jeremy. The episode was well constructed and we anxiously wait to know who dies.

    I cried during the whole episode, it was so full of emotion.

    When Denise just asks who it is who died, the look of Tanya when she hears it. Poor girl, she looked so lost.

    Army wives did an amazing job really.

    Emmalin speech was very powerful and her last words when she asks Jeremy to take care of Amanda and she says he was like a brother, lots and lots of tears for me.

    I'm so sad for Frank and Denise with the little Molly who won't get to know her big brother.. Frank trying not to cry was heartbreaking.

    A very very powerful episode, the most moving of Army Wives.

    Even if they do it great, I hope they won't kill off a major character for a long long time !moreless

  • It does not mention the death of Jeremy Sherwood until they show up at the bridal shower. The show goes back and forth from when the SUV shows up to the funeral. Jeremy dies instantly. He was shot. Frank flies in with the body.moreless

    The show will need tissues with this episode. All the ladies are standing around awaiting the news that Jeremy has died. Why could it have been Pam's ex-husband? He moved to another show, Brothers & Sisters. Could it have been why they created another baby, it was to replace their son. I am giving it a 10 because this was an episode you need to think about. Jeremy was a good son, going to be a wonderful husband and could have been a future father. May he rest in peace. His character will be deeply missed. Thanks for reading this.moreless

    This episode was by far the most touching, dramatic, and heart breaking episode I have seen of all the Army Wives episodes. It seems each year they kill off a cast member. This episode is worthy of winning an Emmy if you ask me. My heart broke so bad for Denise and Frank, especially after having another child. I felt for Claudia Joy because of her loss of Amanda, this had to bring back heartache for her. Emmalynn's eulogy was also very touching, and my heart really hurt for Jeremy's fiance. This is real life, this happens to our soldiers and their families, my heart aches for them all but as a Disabled American Veteran I am so proud of our Military and can't say thank you enough for your service to this great nation of ours. I am really going to miss Jeremy and am worried who is next on the chopping block, I have a bad feeling it's going to be Trevor next, I sure hope I am wrong. Great writing, acting, and directing, again I say this episode is Emmy worthy.moreless

    As an ex Army soldier who watches this show weekly with my wife and enjoy the fairly accurate portrayal of both sides of the Military family I have to say, this episode was by far the strongest and most emotional this series has ever produced. It truly brought tears to my eyes in remembrance of the many Military funerals I have attended. The suspense of the beginning in leading from what happened at the end of the previous episode was tensefull, anguish ridden and saddening. The flash back from one scene until the other was masterfully done. It is not until you see Frank as they hand the flag over that you know what happens. The tears flowed for me long after the show as I had relieved in my head the many times I have had to listen or call out the name of a comrad lost to battle. The recreation of emotion and realism of the acting of these artist did no shame to many of soldiers that pay that price.

    a really emotional episode. I never cry (or really rarely) while watching movies or shows but this time I've cried. This episode was well done because it takes a lot of time to understand who died and it goes backward to show us what happened. I was upset that they've killed Jeremy because for once everything was good in his life and then Bang the worse happens. I was expecting Chase to die but no. We can expect more from him and Pamela. During the funeral I really enjoy the speech Emmaline gave because she said 'look after my sister' and it was something I was expecting because Amanda and Jeremy shared something special.

    But now I'm wondering what is going to happen for Tanya. How will she react to her fiancé death ? And what will she do towards the army.moreless
