In this episode of Army Wives, the following happens. We open with Claudia Joy getting the room ready for the Iraqi orphan, Haneen, who is staying with her so that she can receive physio therapy she needs. It also seems as though she may be having second thoughts about her surgery. We soon learn from Denise that she and Frank have withdrawn the divorce papers and that she is no longer moving away, as they try hard to work on their marriage. Son the little girl arrives, and when Claudia Joy overhears her and Emmalyn talking, she realises that Emmalyn is still finding it hard to deal with Amanda’s death. We also see Joan and Connor going head to head with war games. Soon we see that someone on Joan’s team is actually passing information onto Connor. Soon Haneen says that she doesn’t want the surgery to fix her hand, and so Rowland is called over. She so admits that it’s because her whole family have been killed and she blames herself for what happened to them. On hearing this, Emmalyn gets upset and runs out of the room. Claudia Joy finds her crying in her bedroom, wishing that she was dead instead of her sister, Amanda. So comes the day of her surgery and finally Haneen has changed her mind about having the operation. The operation goes well and she is going to be ok. Chase gets a phone call to say that in the morning he is back out. Denise and Frank goes to see a counsellor, who suggests to them that they go out on a date together, to start to repair the bridges between them. As the episode ends we see Haneen waking up from her surgery.
