    In this episode of Army Wives, the following happens. Emmalyn's pen pal Logan sends her a letter which informs her that he is returning home from Iraq. Chase is called back out on a mission, which leaves Pamela to sort out Lucas's 8th birthday party. When Lucas finds out that his father has to go back to the war, Lucas says that he hates the army. Emmalyn meets her pen pal Logan. Roland and Joan come up with a list of things which they want their Nanny to have. They asks Roland's mother to stay and be their Nanny but she says no. Roxy phones Betty and we learn (although Roxy does not) that Betty is back in the hospital. Roland, His mother, and Joan hold interviews to find the perfect Nanny for their daughter. Roland makes a decision that he will stay at home with the baby. On the day of Lucas's birthday Chase comes home to surprise him. Roland's mother leaves.moreless
