This episode shows just how stupid Gob is, though most episodes do anyway, him thinking that Michael had fled the country to Mexico upon which many things occur involving private investigators, George Michael's girlfriend being left behind and Lindsay pretending to know where her father was.

There are many funny moments in this episode and it is strange that with four family members, a girlfriend and a P.I. nobody found out that George Sr was dead but it is sure to be discovered sometime.

Buster believing he was in Mexico without his glasses was a great B story but couldn't compare with the actual Mexico plot which is quite entertaining.moreless
