George Michael and Maeby suspected they weren't biologically related and succumbed to a physical relationship; only for Tobias to show them Lindsey's delivery pictures of Maeby. After that, George Michael decided to sleep with his father, while Maeby tried to get her studio exec job back.
For unknown reasons, the treason and embezzlement charges against George Sr have been dropped; resulting in the Bluth company stock status rising to "Risky". The family celebrate and Michael stresses the importance of everyone not selling their personal shares for 2 million; something most hadn't realized they could do.
He states the importance of the company's future for George Michael and Maeby's kids, whose literal meaning cause George Michael to babble nervously.
Lindsay's daily insecurities resurface as she informs Michael of her approaching 37th birthday; of which he's aware, being twins and all. He finds himself telling her, yet again, how beautiful she is and how any man would be lucky to be her husband.
He also reminds her she already has 1.
Lucille plans a shareholders' yacht party, where Michael will be publically thanked and awarded as CEO, as he should have rightfully been 3 years earlier. George Sr. tells Michael to watch out, as Lucille is manipulative and calls the business shots. He reveals she stole the Frozen Banana stand idea from a Korean man and had him deported. He also considers going to his secret house in Cabo.
George Michael confesses his relationship with Maeby to his father, and they both acknowledge it shouldn't be an option. George Michael plans to stay away from Maeby, and his aunt Lindsay too, after seeing her pictures. Michael compromises and suggests his son bring Ann to the party.
Maeby goes back to Tantamount, where her true age had been discovered and triggered a child labor fiasco. But Mort is exstatic with the buzz and wants the rights to the story.
Lindsay goes to sell her shares to Sitwell, where he reveals his rivalry with the Bluth family goes back 37 years when they adopted her when she was 3. Lindsay's excited about not being a Bluth, but furious about being 40.
Michael wakes up that night to find Lindsay in bed, and he thinks she wants to talk about their kids' innapropriate relation. But she wants an innapropriate relation of her own with Michael, and attacks him.
She reveals she's not his real sister and 3 years older, and offers to cash her shares unless he wants to be with her; especially since he's always been telling her how beautiful and attractive she is for 40 years.
Michael draws the line at dating an older woman. To which she attacks him, but to beat him up.
Michael wakes up, with Tobias, who wants to sell his shares. Michael compromises by hiring Tobias as events co-ordinator to relocate the party since water is Buster's 2nd greatest fear. Unfortunately, Tobias rented a chain called "Queen Mary", though he hadn't visited that specific location, at the harbor.
Lucille confirms Lindsay's true identity, as the older sister Michael had recently remembered, and Nellie was the name Sitwell originally called her. But she states they loved her as much as their natural children; and more than Gob.
George Michael goes looking for Ann, and finds her at Gob's boat. She and Gob have been dating since Gob judged her 3rd at the Church & State Fair's beauty pageant; whom Gob had recently been referring to as his religious girlfriend.
George Michael punches his uncle out.
At the yacht party, Maeby tries to con her family to signing away their Bluth story rights; which becomes a freebie when Lucille tells her to promise everyone money to sign a deal to not sell their shares.
Lindsay stands up to "Lucille" stating her plans to marry Michael. Gob hits on her, in a twisted revenge on Michael, but she beats him up.
Michael makes a speech to everybody, where he thanks his family, including his real sister Lindsay nomatter what her natural status is. Recalling where they were 3 years earlier, Michael sheds some tears, which turn people off, including Buster who calls him a baby, while himself hiding in a life boat.
Gob tells Michael what happened to his son, and Michael has to chase after Gob's boat. Lucille makes it clear the company is more important, and Michael realizes what a monster she is and that she was behind all the illegal doings of the company these years.
Michael leaves and the SEC police boats come, as they did 3 years earlier, but now after Lucille. She begins blaming family members for turning her in, and Lindsay is satisfied at the irony that Lucille will lose 3 years from her life in prison. Lucille blames Goerge Sr. for turning her in, in exchange for his charges dropped, but he is really Oscar.
Annyong then appears as the 'family' mole. He reveals his true name is "Hello" and he was planted to avenge his grandfather, whom Lucille had ruined to steal the Banana stand. He also asks if Maeby asked about him.
Wanting out, Lucille sells the company to Sitwell and adds "Nellie" to up the price, but he only takes the company since Lindsay's almost 40.
Michael takes a motor boat and catches up to Gob's boat, where George Michael was escaping since he doesn't have Ann and he can't have Maeby. Michael reveals Maeby isn't his natural cousin, but she's still family and they need to stick together.
Just then, Lucille rams them, as she tries to make her getaway at the helm of the huge Queen Mary yacht. In the shake up, Buster falls overboard into the water, his 2nd biggest fear, where he encounters a seal in a bow tie, his 1st biggest fear.
Back in Gob's boat, George Michael is set to return when Michael thinks otherwise. With a full tank and $500 000, he turns the boat around, leaves the family, and they head off for the house in Cabo.

On the epilogue, Michael wakes up on the boat with George Sr. in bed with him. Maeby pitches the Bluth story to a Hollywood icon, Ron Howard. He rejects it as a tv show, but considers it for a movie...
